Fiche is not a search engine. It's many filters that work to change how Google operates.
Its intentions are to block AI slop, SEO spam, clickbait listicles, outrage farming, corporate funnels, obtrusive UI, obnoxious video noise, and pay-to-play boosts, while resurfacing what used to be easy to find: niche websites, personal blogs, and actual relevant information from actual human beings.
Just trying to make Google a useful search engine again in this dying mall of an internet (while barely knowing what I'm doing as a first time coder).
There are some (hopefully) fun ultra-specific filters that you can toggle on and off if you're anything like me and enjoy wasting time just looking stuff up.
